About SaveDock

SaveDock is a free online tool for saving public videos and audio from YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Pinterest and more. It runs in your browser: no account, no app, no installation.

What we believe

• Simple. Paste a link, choose a quality, download. That is the whole product.
• Honest about quality. We list the real resolutions, frame rates, formats and file sizes available, and merge separate HD video and audio streams so your file has sound.
• Private. No sign-up, no advertising and no cross-site tracking. Files are deleted automatically after about 6 hours. Read the Privacy Policy.
• Respectful of creators. Downloads are for personal use of content you own, that is licensed for download or that is in the public domain. See the Terms of Service and the DMCA policy.

How it works

When you paste a link we ask the source platform for the available streams, show them to you, and when you press Download our servers fetch the chosen streams, merge or convert them with FFmpeg if needed, and hand you a single file. We use the open-source yt-dlp project for extraction.
